Orders placed may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed, with the option of store credit or a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. To cancel an order please complete the following:

1) Email a reply to your order confirmation email with the request to cancel and specify which item(s) to cancel. 

2) Specify if you would like store credit (in the form of a gift card) for the full amount paid, or a refund to your payment method minus a 20% restocking fee.

If cancelling an entire order, the shipping will be included in the store credit/refund. If cancelling part of an order, the shipping will not be included in the store credit/refund, but may once the partial order ships (if shipping was overpaid). 

Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply to your request to confirm the order cancellation. 

An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped.

 

 

Refunds

Due to nature of the products made and purchased, returns will not be allowed.

Wear and tear with use of North Country Fluff items is expected and normal and not considered a defect. This includes but is not limited to fabric pilling, shrinkage, stains or discolorations, rips, snags, holes, loose, uneven or broken stitching.
